About Usage & Scaling
Usage can grow quickly as you automate more workflows. If your traffic exceeds your plan's monthly call limit, we'll simply bill the overage at your plan's rate — or you can upgrade anytime to the next tier for better per-call value.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your quota so your connection continues uninterrupted.
Example: A partner starting at 10,000 calls may soon ramp up to 60,000 calls per month as more team members connect their systems. That's a good thing it means FreightValidate is embedded in your workflow. Upgrade with a single request, no re-integration needed.
